    Good Morning Dr. A,

Thank You so much for getting the Fiber and protein for me.
I am still feeling great and loving this program, but I think my body was ready for me to reintroduce some Protein into it.
I only have one more week left and since I love this so much I want to talk to you about then continuing with the Post- purification program.
Also, you had mention to me last time I was in about a Diet that you wanted to show to me, I think it was about a more natural way of eating, so I want to get that info from you too.

How are you feeling now that you have completed your Purification and how are you moving forward?

We talked about these questions in the office, but I wanted to share my answers so others can see them.

It’s been almost three weeks since I technically “completed” my detox. I really don’t look at it like completion though. This is how I want to and like to eat – limited grains, no processed foods, lots of fruits and vegetables. Like you I’m feeling great and have experienced the benefits of the purification – I want to keep that going! Does that mean that I’m not going to ever eat bad? Not at all. But those time will hopefully be few and far between.

The detox is not designed to be a blueprint diet for the rest of your life. What it is designed to due to show you the potential that your body has when you put the proper fuel into it. The post-program is designed to help you transition into a permanent diet and eating style.

I know that you’ve done an awesome job, keep it up!
