Exercise: So, I substituted one day this week, I was going to do my wii-fit and I walked instead, I figured that was ok, since I still got in 3 workouts in the past week.
Grades: eating=3- I was running errands and lost track of time so I ended up missing a couple meals and snacks this week, but otherwise was eating pretty well.
exercise=4 – There was a day I had to really push myself to get up off the couch, but I did it, and have been pushing myself hard enough to be a little sore each day.
