Goal #1 – to lose 18 lbs (target 138lbs) and lower my BMI below 25.
Target date: lose 11 lbs by 1/31/09
First step: Boot camp, baby! The format is GREAT! This is the exact encouraging and motivating atmosphere I’ve been looking for! I’m already eating better and more frequently, drinking more water and exercising more.

Goal #2 – to strengthen my core and wear clothes that enhance my mid-section rather than hide it!
    Target date: 1/31/09
First step: Boot camp! I’m confident the direction of the boot camp (as described above) is a great start and I’ll incorporate more core strengthening workouts.

Goal #3 – to raise my Wellness Quotient above 100
    Target date: 1/31/09
First step: Following the boot camp direction as described above and I think I’ll achieve it!

    Goals:
    1. By the end of January, I will be getting 8 hours of sleep with no more than one interruption an evening in 5/7 days a week. I don’t know what the first step is.
    2. By the end of January, I will have organized my home by cleaning out the spare room closet, filing the huge pile of papers, setting up an organization system in the spare room, and maintain a ‘decluttered’ home. I will start by labeling file folders and setting aside time in my schedule.
    3. Within 3 months, I will have regained the waist size that I was on my original assessment. I will start this by starting to plan out my meals and creating a workout schedule, along with a reinforcer.

I found your site on bing. I couldn’t agree more. Weight loss isn’t rocket science like some people would have you believe. It just takes some dedication and discipline. I will definately be back to check your site.
